Dumplings with chicken in cream sauce with spinach and bacon

Ingredients


chicken dumplings 400-500 g
cream 400 ml
spinach 150 g
bacon (optional) 100 g
garlic 2 cloves
sunflower oil 10 ml
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the dumplings in lightly salted water, according to package directions, until al dente.

Step 2

Chop the bacon and garlic and fry in a frying pan with sunflower oil.

Step 3

Add the cream and bring to the boil.

Step 4

Then salt a little, add the dumplings and spinach.

Step 5
