Ingredients


onions 100 g
carrot 100 g
celery root 100 g
potatoes 120 g
dumplings 200 g
water 2 liters
butter 50 g
cream (30%) 150 ml
parsley 10 g
bay leaf 2 pcs
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Potatoes, cut into small cubes, put into boiling water, salt.

Step 2

Chop onion, celery root, carrot and fry in oil.

Step 3

Combine vegetables with potatoes, add bay leaf, cook at medium temperature for 12-15 minutes.

Step 4

Add the dumplings to the soup and simmer until ready.

Step 5

Then pour in the cream, bring the soup to a boil and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and black pepper. Bon appetit!
