Lazy dumplings, and not just any dumplings, but baked in the oven!
BATTER: |
wheat flour 300 g |
water 100 ml |
eggs 2 pcs |
butter (softened) 80 g |
salt 5 g |
FILLING: |
minced pork and beef 0.5 kg |
onion 80 g |
garlic 1 clove |
cilantro 20 g |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Mix the flour with the eggs, one third of the oil and the salt. Gradually add the water and knead the dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and leave it to rest for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the mince with the grated onion and garlic, chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm, spread the minced meat on it and roll up into a roll. Then cut into barrels, just below the sides of the mold.
Step 4
Pour a little boiling water into the mold, lay out the lazy dumplings, pour the boiling water to the edges and grease with the remaining oil. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 1 hour. Enjoy.
