Easy to prepare, tasty and hearty lazy stuffed cabbage soups
| round grain rice 100 g |
| ground pork and beef 0.5 kg |

| onion 150 g |
| carrots 200 g |
| white cabbage 200 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| boiling water 800 ml |
| parsley 10 g |
| dill 10 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| tomato paste 40 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| bay leaf 3 pcs |
| TO TASTE: |

Step 1
Sauté chopped onion and coarsely grated carrots in vegetable oil. Put half of the paste in a bowl, and to the rest add chopped garlic, tomato paste, salt, sugar, bay leaf, black pepper and paprika. Fill with boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Steam the rice and rinse under running water.
Step 3
Shred and crush the cabbage, combine with the paste. Add chopped herbs, egg, minced meat, meat seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika and rice. Stir.
Step 4
Pour 2 ladles of sauce into a thick-bottomed skillet. Form the stuffing into stuffed cabbage balls, place them in the pan and pour the remaining sauce over them. Braise for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy.
