Step 1
Sauté the legs in oil until browned. Transfer to a saucepan.
Step 2
Then fry the chopped onion and garlic in the same oil, combine with the meat, pour in the wine and evaporate the alcohol. Add spices, salt, sugar, pour boiling water over everything and stew for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Coarsely chop the peeled potatoes and zucchini and fry alternately in hot oil until browned.
Step 4
Combine with the meat. Add the beans and peas. Season with salt. Cover with a lid and stew for another 10 minutes. Enjoy.
