Step 1
Put the washed groats into boiling salted water and cook at minimum temperature, stirring until the porridge thickens and puffs.
Step 2
Then add the polenta and cook, stirring constantly, for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cheese and stir until melted.
Step 4
For the salad, combine the chopped vegetables and herbs. Season with oil, salt and pepper.
