Temperamental yet tender tomato and cream soup with vegetables and chicken

| cream (20%) 100 ml |
| chicken thigh flesh 300 g |
| onion 140 g |
| carrots 110 g |
| celery root 100 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| water 1 liter |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| red pepper |
| dried basil |
| oregano |
Step 1
Chop garlic, carrots, onion and celery, fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Put the chicken cut into small pieces, fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then add tomatoes, water, cream, salt, sugar, spices and cook the soup for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
