Ingredients


boiled potatoes 60 g
boiled carrots 50 g
boiled egg 1 pc
fresh seafood 50 g
kimchi sauce 15 g
processed cheese "Druzhba" 17 g
mayonnaise 50 g
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Finely dice the seafood fillets and marinate in kimchi sauce for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Pre-rub the potatoes, arrange them in an even layer in a tray and pour mayonnaise over them.

Step 3

Top the potatoes with a layer of seafood and again with a layer of grated potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Then — a layer of grated carrots, season with salt and pepper and fill with mayonnaise.
