The main course is spicy chicken liver in a creamy curry sauce.

| onions 60 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| ginger root 30 g |
| cream (20%) 300 ml |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| cilantro 10 g |
| chili pepper |
| salt |
| black pepper |

Step 1
Brown the liver in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add chopped onion and garlic and grated ginger root. Fry the liver for a couple more minutes, season with salt, pepper, curry and pour in the cream.
Step 3
Braise at a low temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with chili peppers and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
