Flavorful and spicy fish curry
white fish fillet 0.5 kg |
sweet pepper 150 g |
cream (20%) 400 ml |
garlic 3 cloves |
green onion 15 g |
vegetable oil 30 ml |
curry 2 tsp. |

Step 1
Cut the fish into large pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, curry and lemon juice.
Step 2
Fry the crushed pepper and garlic in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Then add the chopped green onions and chili peppers. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 4
Season the vegetables with salt, dried ginger, curry and thyme. Pour in the cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the fish and curry for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
