Bright, fresh, and nutritious green shakshuka with feta
| fresh spinach 600 g |
| green onion 40 g |
| parsley 30 g |
| dill 30 g |
| onion 80 g |
| garlic 4 cloves |
| eggs 5-6 pcs |
| feta cheese 80 g |
| olive oil 30 ml |
| lemon juice 20 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| red pepper |
| ground coriander |
Step 1
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in oil.
Step 2
Season with red pepper and coriander, fry a little, then add the chopped herbs, lemon juice and salt. Cook until the herbs have reduced in volume by half.
Step 3
Then beat in the eggs and cook under the lid for 4-5 minutes. Serve the shakshuka with pieces of feta, seasoned with black pepper. Enjoy!
