At the end of the health week, we continue to stock up on vitamin recipes! Today Dasha is making a real citrus "boom" from orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit and black currant!

Ingredients


black currants (frozen) 200 g
honey 100 g
orange 1 pc
lemon 1 pc
lime 1 pc
grapefruit (small) 1 pc

Instructions


Step 1

Wash and dry the citrus fruits.

Step 2

Peel the grapefruit and orange. Cut all the citrus fruits into random slices.

Step 3

Put the citrus fruits and blackcurrants through a meat grinder.

Step 4

Add honey to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Transfer the citrus mixture into a jar and send it to the refrigerator. Such a citrus "boom" is perfect as a base for health-improving tea, and so, just as a snack!
