Turkey with pineapple in curry sauce

Incredibly flavorful turkey with pineapple in curry sauce.

Ingredients


turkey thigh (flesh) 0.5 kg
curry 1.5 tsp.
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 30 g
onions 80 g
cream (20%) 400 ml
canned pineapple 240 g
pineapple juice 60 ml
roasted almonds 80 g
vegetable oil 30 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
red pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut turkey flesh into slices. Fry in vegetable oil until browned.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion, garlic and grated ginger. Season with curry, salt, red and black pepper. Stir-fry for a further 5 minutes.

Step 3

Then add chopped nuts, pineapple juice, chopped pineapple, cream and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 4

If desired, serve with rice. Bon appetit!
