Incredibly flavorful turkey with pineapple in curry sauce.
turkey thigh (flesh) 0.5 kg |
curry 1.5 tsp. |
garlic 3 cloves |
ginger 30 g |
onions 80 g |
cream (20%) 400 ml |
canned pineapple 240 g |
pineapple juice 60 ml |
roasted almonds 80 g |
vegetable oil 30 ml |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
red pepper to taste |
Step 1
Cut turkey flesh into slices. Fry in vegetable oil until browned.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion, garlic and grated ginger. Season with curry, salt, red and black pepper. Stir-fry for a further 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then add chopped nuts, pineapple juice, chopped pineapple, cream and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
If desired, serve with rice. Bon appetit!
