An extraordinary dish that will not leave no chance for moping and discouragement - chicken and rice in pineapple

rice vinegar 60 ml |
soy sauce 50 ml |
ketchup 50 g |
sugar 60 g |
cornstarch 170 g |
vegetable oil 400 ml |
salt, red pepper to taste |
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, salt, red pepper, 20 grams of cornstarch and egg. Mix and marinate the fillet pieces in the mixture for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the pineapple in half, remove the hard core, and cut the pulp into cubes and remove with a spoon.
Step 3
Chop onion, pepper and garlic, fry in oil with grated ginger. Then add the vinegar, sugar, ketchup and pineapple chunks. Cook for another 1 minute.
Step 4
Coat the fillets in starch and stir-fry. Then put them in the sauce.
Step 5
Serve in pineapple with warm rice. Enjoy!
