Step 1
Grind the cranberries in a blender and strain through a sieve. Put the cake in a saucepan, pour boiling water, add sugar and boil for 1 minute. Strain the resulting decoction, combine with the cranberry puree, stir and put on the stove.
Step 2
Rinse the oat flakes, put them in the boiling morsels. Reduce the temperature to a minimum, add dried cranberries and cook the cereal, stirring occasionally, for 6-7 minutes.
Step 3
Put butter and honey into the cooked cereal. Stir. Sprinkle with almond flakes, if desired, decorate with mint. Bon appetit!
