Step 1
Combine the flour, salt, oil and water. Knead the dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and leave it for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Then roll out into a circle and place on a baking tray.
Step 3
Slice the persimmons into plates. Mix 25 grams of sugar with starch and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the persimmons, add the nuts and mix well.
Step 4
4 centimeters from the edge of the dough, place the filling, wrap the edges and grease them with a mixture of milk and egg yolk.
Step 5
Sprinkle the galette with sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
