Fried zucchini with feta, herbs and savory sweet and sour dressing
| zucchini (or zucchini) 600 g |
| feta cheese 120 g |
| wheat flour 60 g |
| mint 10 g |
| basil 10 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| vegetable oil 80 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| orange pepper |
| chimichurri mix |
| DRESSING: |
| olive oil 60 ml |
| lemon juice 50 ml |
| honey 20 g |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into bars, salt, stir and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then discard on a sieve and blot with paper towels.
Step 3
Season the zucchini with the chimichurri mixture and orange pepper, coat in flour and fry until browned in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
Step 5
Sprinkle the zucchini with chopped herbs, pour the dressing over and serve with slices of feta. Enjoy.
