A sumptuous Italian dessert you can't help but fall in love with - chocolate semifreddo with pistachios.
dark chocolate (70%) 275 g |
eggs 4 pcs |
powdered sugar 100 g |
chilled cream (20%) 0,5 liters |
vanilla sugar 15 g |
peeled pistachios (can be replaced with any other filling) 100 g |
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Combine the eggs with the powdered sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
Step 3
Separately beat the cream with the vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Mix the beaten eggs with the chocolate and whipped cream. Add the pistachios and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and place in the freezer for 3 hours.
Step 6
Serve sprinkled with chocolate shavings and pistachios, if desired. Enjoy.
