You can cook pancakes separately and mushroom and onion stuffing separately, or you can use the recipe for pancakes with bake. It cooks almost like an omelet and even faster than regular pancakes with filling.

boiling water 100 ml |
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. |
BUTTERING: |
onion 1 pc |
mushrooms 300 g |
herbs to taste |
Step 1
Dough: beat the eggs, add the milk, salt, sugar and flour. Pour in the boiling water in a thin stream while continuing to beat. Finally add the vegetable oil and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Filling: finely chop onions and mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil and add herbs.
Step 3
On a heated griddle put a little of the filling, pour a little batter (so that it is enough for 1 pancake) and fry the pancake 1-2 minutes on each side. Repeat until the batter runs out.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream and herbs.
