chicken fillet
butter (freeze as bars)
breadcrumbs (you can shred a loaf in a blender)
egg white
vegetable oil
salt
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare large thin slices of chicken, but do not baste. Season with salt and pepper. Thoroughly wrap the butter in the fillets to form a cutlet.

Step 2

Dip the cutlet liberally in protein, then in breadcrumbs. Do this several times. Fry on a griddle in hot vegetable oil or bake in a well-heated oven.
