Step 1
Chop apricots, figs and prunes, mix with hazelnuts, raisins and cranberries.
Step 2
Separately combine eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Sift in the flour and baking powder, add the salt, coconut and butter. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Put the dried fruit and nuts into the batter and mix again. Grease the mold with oil, place the batter in it and bake the cupcake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45-50 minutes.
