Salty green muffins with spinach and feta cheese slices
| feta 100 g |
| spinach (frozen or fresh) 90 g |
| vegetable oil 4 tbsp. |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| flour 150 g |
| dough leavener 1 tsp. |
| sunflower seeds 2 tbsp. |

Step 1
Thaw spinach on a sieve; if frozen, squeeze out excess moisture.
Step 2
Blend the spinach and the oil (refined, flavorless) in a blender, add the eggs and blend again.
Step 3
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add the baking powder, salt and mix.
Step 4
Pour the egg-spinach mixture into the dry ingredients and stir with a spoon.
Step 5
Dice the cheese.
Step 6
Spread half of the batter evenly into the small muffin molds, place a few pieces of cheese on each, then spread the rest of the batter. Top with more pieces of cheese, pressing a little into the dough and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Step 7
Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
