Puff pastry 70 g
Golden apple 1 pc
Butter 30 g
Sugar 20 g
Ground cinnamon 10 g
Ice cream 70 g

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the apple and cut into thin slices.

Step 2

Roll out the puff pastry and cut out in the shape of a fish.

Step 3

Grease the dough with butter and arrange the apple slices in a scale pattern.

Step 4

Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples.

Step 5

Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven until golden. Decorate with a scoop of ice cream.
