Eggplants are baked, stewed, fried and stuffed. Well, and we suggest you today to boil eggplants... jam! And it will be with nuts, cinnamon and cloves!

Ingredients


eggplants 4 pcs
sugar 500 g
cinnamon 1 stick
clove buds
lemon 1/4 pc
walnuts 1 handful
water 1 cup

Instructions


Step 1

Cut off the tails of the eggplants and peel off the skin. Cut into rounds.

Step 2

Peel the walnuts from their skins. To do this, boil them for a few minutes. The skins will become soft and can be easily removed.

Step 3

Place the eggplant, nuts, a few clove buds, cinnamon stick and a squeeze of lemon juice in the bowl of a multicooker or bread machine.

Step 4

Add water and cook with the "Jam" program.

Step 5

Transfer the finished jam into sterilized jars.
