Step 1
Cut off the tails of the eggplants and peel off the skin. Cut into rounds.
Step 2
Peel the walnuts from their skins. To do this, boil them for a few minutes. The skins will become soft and can be easily removed.

Place the eggplant, nuts, a few clove buds, cinnamon stick and a squeeze of lemon juice in the bowl of a multicooker or bread machine.
Step 4
Add water and cook with the "Jam" program.
