Unfortunately, fennel is not very popular in our country, but it can be used to prepare a variety of dishes. We suggest preparing a vegetable salad with walnuts.

half of each of the colorful sweet peppers |

DRESSING: |
olive oil |
mustard |
orange juice |

Step 1
Cut the fennel lengthwise into thin slices and fry in vegetable oil (preferably olive oil). Cut the sweet pepper into coarse slices and add to the fennel along with the chopped garlic. Saute a little longer. Roast the nuts separately.
Step 2
For the dressing, whisk the olive oil with the mustard and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the lettuce leaves and celery stalks and place on a plate. Sprinkle the nuts on top and arrange the roasted vegetables. Dress the salad and mix all the ingredients together. Season the top with freshly ground black pepper.
