Another quick breakfast option is toasted bread filled with whatever you have in your refrigerator. For example, canned tuna, tomato and fennel. This bruschetta tastes amazing, even though it takes only a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients


wheat bread 2 slices
fennel 1/2 pc
canned tuna in its own juice 50 g
anchovies 1-2 pcs
medium kumato tomato 1 pc
black pepper
olive oil

Instructions


Step 1

Toast the bread slices lightly in a dry frying pan.

Step 2

Mix the tuna fillets with the anchovy. Dice the kumato and mix with the tuna and anchovy.
