Ingredients


Dark baguette 1 pc
Fillet of lightly salted herring 1 pc
Tomato 1 pc
Quail eggs (boiled) 4-5 pcs.
Capers
Parsley greens
Olive oil
Black pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the baguette and dry it in the oven.

Step 2

Cut the tomato open and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Chop capers and parsley, dice herring. Combine all the ingredients for the filling, season with a little olive oil and pepper.

Step 3

Place the stuffing on slices of dried baguette. Cut the boiled and peeled quail eggs into halves and place on each bruschetta. Sprinkle with black pepper.
