white dry wine 150 ml |
honey 30 g |
garlic 4 cloves |

Step 1
Fry the duck legs in half the oil until browned.
Step 2
Slice the orange, mix with the crushed garlic, ground cardamom, wine, honey, salt, pepper and remaining oil.
Step 3
Place the duck legs in a mold, salt, spread the orange mixture on top and sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Bake under foil at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.

Then remove the foil, remove the oranges from the surface of the meat and bake for another 10 minutes.
