For meat-eaters - appetizing duck legs baked with oranges in wine and honey sauce.

Ingredients


duck legs 2 pcs
peeled oranges 2 pcs
white dry wine 150 ml
honey 30 g
garlic 4 cloves
butter 80 g
thyme 4 sprigs
cardamom 1 box
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Fry the duck legs in half the oil until browned.

Step 2

Slice the orange, mix with the crushed garlic, ground cardamom, wine, honey, salt, pepper and remaining oil.

Step 3

Place the duck legs in a mold, salt, spread the orange mixture on top and sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Step 4

Bake under foil at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Then remove the foil, remove the oranges from the surface of the meat and bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Evaporate the resulting juice, pour over the meat and serve. Bon appetit!
