| bacon 4 strips | 
| quince 1 piece | 
| olive oil | 
| black pepper |

Step 1
Slice the quince and fry in plenty of olive oil. Place the slices on a paper towel to get rid of any excess oil.
Step 2
Season the breast with black pepper and salt, wrap in bacon and fry on both sides until browned.
Step 3
Serve the duck breast with quince wedges.
