Bruschetta with herring

From yesterday's bread we, make croutons, and Italians bruschetta. This is dried bread, necessarily with olive oil and garlic. And a variety of fillings! Dasha makes bruschetta with herring in her kitchen.

Ingredients


herring fillet 1/2 pc
French baguette 3-4 slices
tomato 1 pc
lemon 1/2 pc
capers 1 handful
garlic 1 clove
parsley 1 handful
olive oil 50 ml
black pepper
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Toast the baguette slices in a pan. Rub them with a clove of garlic.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce by chopping the parsley, capers, lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper in a blender.

Step 3

Dice the herring fillets and tomatoes.

Step 4

Mix the tomatoes with the sauce from the blender.

Step 5

Place the sauce and herring pieces on the toasted baguette. Garnish with parsley leaves.
