Delicious crispy toast with mushrooms and poached eggs

Ingredients


ciabatta 1 piece
mushrooms 600 g
butter 50 g
garlic 2 cloves
cream (20%) 120 ml
green onions 20 g
eggs 4
olive oil 20 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
paprika
thyme

Instructions


Step 1

Chop the mushrooms and garlic. Fry in the butter. Season with salt and spices, pour in the cream and cook until thickened. Add the chopped onion and stir.

Step 2

Divide the ciabatta into 4 pieces, drizzle with olive oil and dry in the oven at 170 degrees for 7 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the poached eggs.

Step 3

Serve the mushrooms and eggs on crispy toast, sprinkled with chopped chives. Enjoy!
