Melted cream cheese on toasted black bread with sun-dried tomatoes
cottage cheese (5%) 300 g |
heavy cream 120 ml |
egg 1 egg |
baking soda 1/2 tsp. |
TO TASTE: |
sun-dried tomatoes |
salt |
sugar |

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, beat with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Then place in a saucepan and heat to 80 degrees, stirring constantly. When the mixture thickens slightly, pour it into a storage container and let cool. Then place in the refrigerator.
Step 3
If desired, serve the cheese on toasted black bread, sprinkled with chopped tomatoes. Enjoy.
