Flavorful French toast with vanilla sauce

Ingredients


TOSTS:
toast bread 4 slices
eggs 3 pcs
cream (20%) 80 ml
butter 60 g
sugar 30 g
salt to taste
cinnamon to taste
vanilla sugar to taste
SAUCE:
milk 200 ml
yolks 2 pcs
sugar 15 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
pinch of salt

Instructions


Step 1

For the sauce, combine the milk, salt, vanilla and regular sugar. Bring the mixture to the boil. Stir the yolks with a whisk, pour in the milk mixture, stirring vigorously, then return to the stove and bring to a thickening.

Step 2

Prepare a mixture of eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, cinnamon, sugar and cream. Dip the toast in it and fry it in butter. Serve with vanilla sauce. Enjoy
