From chicken and turkey mince in a pork net the roll turns out very juicy and tender. As a stuffing we like the combination of spinach with cheese and prunes.

Step 1
Mix the two minced meat, add egg, dill, parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grind the baton in a blender into small crumbs and also add to the mince. Mix everything well and lay out on the pork grid in an even layer. Top with spinach, cheese and prune pieces.
Step 3
Carefully roll up the net into a roll with the stuffing inside. Sprinkle with rosemary. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil, place the roll on it and bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
