Mini burgerballs

The gastronomic hit of any New Year's Eve party — stylish and colorful mini burgerballs.

Ingredients


beef flesh 300 g
garlic 1 clove
egg 1 egg
Toasted Cheddar cheese 4 pieces
breadcrumbs 20 g
cherry tomatoes 16 pcs
pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs
Iceberg lettuce 50 g
non-spicy mustard 15 g
vegetable oil 40 ml
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Chop the meat in a blender. Add to it finely chopped garlic, mustard, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Mix, form meat balls and fry them in vegetable oil until crusty.

Step 3

Cut cheese slices into four pieces and place on each meat ball.

Step 4

Cut iceberg lettuce into cubes and cucumbers into rings.

Step 5

Put a meat ball with cheese, a cube of lettuce, a cucumber ring and a cherry tomato on each skewer. Bon appetit!
