| beef flesh 300 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| egg 1 egg |
| Toasted Cheddar cheese 4 pieces |
| breadcrumbs 20 g |
| cherry tomatoes 16 pcs |
| pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs |
| Iceberg lettuce 50 g |
| non-spicy mustard 15 g |
| vegetable oil 40 ml |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Chop the meat in a blender. Add to it finely chopped garlic, mustard, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix, form meat balls and fry them in vegetable oil until crusty.
Step 3
Cut cheese slices into four pieces and place on each meat ball.
Step 4
Cut iceberg lettuce into cubes and cucumbers into rings.
Step 5
Put a meat ball with cheese, a cube of lettuce, a cucumber ring and a cherry tomato on each skewer. Bon appetit!
