Ingredients


penne pasta 140 g
loaf 1/2 pc
garlic 2 cloves
cherry tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
basil
olive oil
black pepper
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the pasta water, salt it and boil the penne until al dente. Drain.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, break the loaf and grind it into "crumbs" with a coffee grinder.

Step 3

Peel and crush the garlic.

Step 4

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic in it. When the garlic is browned, remove it and pour the bread crumbs into the pan.

Step 5

Fry until browned, season with grated Parmesan, black pepper and salt.

Step 6

Top the penne with the bread crumbs toasted in olive oil, halved cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
