| cream cheese 100 g |
| lettuce 6 leaves |
| fresh cucumber 90 g |
| sweet pepper 60 g |
| green onion 15 g |
| rice paper 6 sheets |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the cucumber and sweet pepper, cut the crab sticks into 4 pieces, cut the green onions into long ribbons. Season the cream cheese with salt, pepper and mix.
Step 2
Soak rice paper in warm water. Place cream cheese, crab sticks, onion, cucumber, pepper and lettuce on each sheet.
Step 3
Roll up tight rolls and serve with a variety of sauces. Enjoy.
