A perfect appetizer for a large group of friends. Buffalo wings will be delicious both at home in the oven and on the barbecue.
| chicken wings (rinse) 1 kg |
| celery stalks (cut into large pieces) |

| MARINADE: |
| tomato sauce (or juice) 5 tbsp. |
| juice of 1 lemon |
| honey 2 tbsp. |
| Tabasco sauce a couple drops |
| paprika 2 tsp. |
| Cajun spice mix 1 tsp. |
| white pepper to taste |
| soy sauce 2 tbsp. |
| cornmeal 3 tbsp. |
| SOUCE: |
| sour cream |
| mayonnaise |
| blue cheese (grated) |
| hard cheese (grate) |
| garlic (minced) |
| pepper to taste |
Step 1
Cut off the last phalanx of the wings, it is better not to use this part. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, add the wings and mix well. Marinate for several hours.
Step 3
Place on a rack and grill or bake in the oven.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix equal portions of sour cream and mayonnaise, add cheeses, garlic and pepper.
Step 5
Serve the wings with the sauce and celery.
