Step 1
Crumble the cookies in a blender, add the butter and beat again. Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of water, add lemon juice and beat together with the cheese into a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Using a mold, place the sandy mass on a dish, tamp well. Top with the cottage cheese mixture. Put in a cool place for a few hours. When the dessert hardens, carefully remove the mold.
