Pancake cake with unusual custard with halva and nuts

| milk 0.5 liters |

| sugar 80 g |
| wheat flour 220 g |
| vegetable oil 80 ml |

| CREME: |
| yolks 12 pcs |
| milk 775 ml |
| cornstarch 40 g |
| sugar 100 g |
| salt 2 g |
| softened butter 70 g |
| halva (good quality!) 150 g |
| vanilla sugar 10 g |

Step 1
Combine 30 milliliters of vegetable oil with the rest of the ingredients for the dough and beat with a mixer. Cover with clingfilm and set aside for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the cream. Combine the halva and milk, bring to the boil and mix until smooth. Add salt, sugar, starch, vanilla sugar to the yolks and beat with a mixer. Combine both mixtures and bring to a boil. Add the butter and stir.
Step 3
Bake the pancakes and then, brushing each pancake with cream to form the cake. Also, grease the surface and edges. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour. If desired, decorate with nuts, fruits and berries. Enjoy.
