pumpkin 400 g
butter 1 tbsp.
sour cream 1 cup
wheat bread 2 slices
Ementhal cheese (grated) 1 cup
Parmesan cheese (grated) 1 tbsp.
Nutmeg (grind) 1/2 tsp.
freshly ground pepper 1 tsp.

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, chop on a coarse grater. Put the prepared pumpkin into a greased with butter fireproof mold.

Step 2

Mix sour cream with Parmesan, add half a spoonful of salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the pumpkin and mix lightly.

Step 3

Cut the bread into small pieces, mix it with the cheese and chopped nutmeg.

Step 4

Spread this mixture over the pumpkin. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
