An easy fruit salad with pumpkin and celery that will help you get in shape faster
pumpkin 300 g |
celery stalk 100 g |
apple 1 pc |
orange 1 pc |
banana 1 pc |
kiwi 1 pc |
walnuts 50 g |
olive oil 1 tbsp. |
juice of half a lemon |
FOR THE SAUCE: |
nonfat yogurt 100 g |
mint leaves 10 g |
olive oil 1 tsp. |
liquid honey 1 tbsp. |
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin from the seeds and rind, cut in half, pour oil and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Then dry the walnuts in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the celery and cut it into straws. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir.
Step 4
Peel the orange, kiwi and banana, slice and add to the salad.
Step 5
Prepare the dressing. Blend the yogurt, mint, honey, and olive oil with a blender until smooth. Dress the salad with the dressing and mix.
Step 6
Serve with roasted pumpkin and nuts, garnish with mint if desired.
