Tartare can be meat, fish and vegetable. Or, as in our case, fruit! Fresh, flavorful, light and really summery! Shall we?

| banana 1/2 pc |
| fig peach 1/2 pc |
| pear 1/4 pc |
| apricot 1 pc |
| balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. |
| sugar 2 tbsp. |
| thyme 1 sprig |
| loaf 1-2 slices |
| butter |
| cottage cheese |
Step 1
Cut all the fruit into equal small cubes and mix.
Step 2
Add sugar and thyme to the balsamic vinegar and boil until you have a sauce.
Step 3
Crush the loaf crumbs into crumbs. Pour in the melted butter and bake in the microwave, stirring constantly to make crumbs.
Step 4
Place the cooking ring on a plate, spread the crumble on the bottom, then the fruit tartare and lightly tamp it down.
Step 5
Carefully remove the ring. Pour the balsamic sauce around the tartare and serve with the grainy cottage cheese.
