Tender and sweet as the dream of a righteous Uzbek, manty with beef and pumpkin with sour cream sauce
FOR THE DOUGH: |

beef 300 g |
onion 200 g |
pumpkin 150 g |

FOR THE SAUCE: |
sour cream 80 g |
green onion stalk |
dill 2 sprigs |
parsley 2 sprigs |
garlic 2 cloves |
FOR BOILING MANTI: |
water 1 liter |
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. |
Step 1
Dissolve the salt in the water. Add the egg to the sifted flour, gradually add the salted water and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the mince. Finely dice the onion, meat and pumpkin. Combine everything in a bowl, season to taste with salt, black pepper, ground chili pepper, coriander and mix.
Step 3
Knead the dough again, cut it into pieces and roll out each piece to a thickness of 1.5 mm.
Step 4
Place 1 tablespoon of minced meat in the center of each piece, moisten the edges with water and form the manti.
Step 5
Grease a steaming dish with vegetable oil and place the manti in it.
Step 6
Cook them in a multicooker, selecting a special program or on steam under a lid for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Prepare the sauce. Mix chopped onion, dill, parsley, garlic and sour cream.
Step 8
Serve the manty with the sauce. Bon appetit.
