A culinary greeting from Italy - a flavorful upside down meat pizza.

| sour cream (nonfat) 15 g |
| cottage cheese 110 g |
| leavening agent 4 g |
| olive oil 10 ml |
| salt to taste |

| FILLING: |
| salami (sliced) 80 g |
| ham (sliced) 80 g |
| sweet pepper 60 g |
| red onion 60 g |
| mozzarella (grated) 100 g |
| tomato sauce 150 g |
| olive oil 30 ml |
| TOMATO SAUCE: |
| pelatti tomatoes 150 g |
| salt to taste |
| sugar to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| oregano to taste |
| dried garlic to taste |
| basil to taste |
Step 1
For the crust, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the rest of the ingredients except the butter and knead the dough. Roll out on a floured surface to the diameter of the pan and fry in olive oil for 8-10 minutes on each side.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the blenderized tomatoes with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Saute the diced onion and peppers in olive oil. Transfer to a bowl. Saute the ham and salami in a pan, add the sauteed vegetables. Place the crust on top, cover and roast for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then turn the pizza with the crust down, pour the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, cover and fry for another 5 minutes. Enjoy.
