American housewives' favorite pie with chicken, mushroom and cream cheese filling

Ingredients


puff pastry 0,5 kg
egg yolk 1 pc
white sesame 5 g
butter 10 g
wheat flour 1 tbsp.
FILLING:
raw chicken fillet 300 g
smoked chicken fillet 150 g
onions 80 g
mushrooms 200 g
hard cheese 150 g
cream cheese 100 g
cream (20%) 50 ml
vegetable oil 40 ml
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
nutmeg to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Separately fry sliced raw fillet and chopped smoked fillet.

Step 3

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Combine all the ingredients for the filling and mix well.

Step 4

Dust the table with flour. Divide the dough into two parts in the proportion of 60 by 40 and roll out.

Step 5

Place the larger part of the dough in a baking dish greased with butter. Place the filling on top.

Step 6

Make a patterned cutout on the second sheet of dough and cover the pie with it. Brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 7

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, then let it cool down a bit. Enjoy!
