Chicken fillet in balsamic sauce

A dish worthy of a festive table - tender chicken fillet glazed in balsamic sauce

Ingredients


chicken fillet 600 g
soft mozzarella cheese 60 g
sun-dried tomatoes in oil 50 g
fresh tomatoes 100 g
garlic 4 cloves
green basil (leaves) 10 g
balsamic vinegar 80 g
olive oil 20 ml
sugar 30 g
TO TASTE:
salt
pepper
Italian herbs

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes, chop the sun-dried tomatoes.

Step 2

Make a pocket in each chicken fillet, brush with the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes, season with salt and spices.

Step 3

Stuff the fillets with fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.

Step 4

Fasten the edges with toothpicks and fry in oil until browned.

Step 5

Mix the minced garlic, vinegar and sugar, drizzle over the meat and glaze for a few minutes.

Step 6

Then bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
