Step 1
Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes, chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 2
Make a pocket in each chicken fillet, brush with the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes, season with salt and spices.
Step 3
Stuff the fillets with fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
Step 4
Fasten the edges with toothpicks and fry in oil until browned.
Step 5
Mix the minced garlic, vinegar and sugar, drizzle over the meat and glaze for a few minutes.
