For Bisquick: |

For the Cream: |
Cream (for whipping) |

Step 1
To prepare the biscuit, separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt. While continuing to whisk, add the sugar a little at a time, then the yolks. Whisk until thick and foamy. Then sift the flour mixture into the egg mixture, gently kneading the dough. Add the lavender flowers. Spread the dough into the molds and bake in the oven.
Step 2
For the cream, whisk the cream with the sugar. Add a dash of coloring to make a lavender color. Spread the cream on the cooled biscuit and decorate with lavender sprigs.
We used silicone baking molds with round cells and shell-shaped cells. These small biscuits made beautiful butterflies.
