Cooling, light and delicate melon ice cream
melon flesh 1 kg |
lime 2 pcs |
cream (30%) 300 ml |
powdered sugar 100 g |
Step 1
Mix the melon pulp with the zest and juice of one lime. Blend with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Whisk the cold cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Step 3
Mix the whipped cream with the melon puree. And pour into disposable cups.
Step 4
Stab a wooden spoon into each scoop of ice cream and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
