 
Original, very flavorful and incredibly tasty pasta conchiglioni with lean mushroom sauce
| pasta (lean) 180 g | 
| oyster mushrooms 200 g | 
| mushrooms 200 g | 
| ground dried mushrooms 1 tsp. | 
| vegetable broth 0, 5 l | 
| onions 150 g | 
| wheat flour 15 g | 
| olive oil 40 ml | 
| bay leaf 3-4 pcs | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
| thyme | 
| oregano | 
Step 1
Slice mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil in different pans. Then mix them together.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped onion and add to the mushrooms.
Step 3
Pour in the flour and mix well, browning it a little.
Step 4
Then pour in the stock, add the thyme, black pepper, bay leaf, oregano, salt and ground dried mushrooms.
Step 5
Mix well, bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the temperature and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 7
Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve. Enjoy!
